These sessions are designed for both beginners and advanced athletes, focusing on building strength endurance, improving running technique, and mastering all elements of HYROX competition. Classes are led by Certified HYROX Performance Coaches, using professional training programs tailored to each participant’s level.

HYROX Challenges

HYROX is a global competition format that combines running with eight workout stations – always in the same order, no matter where in the world you compete. This means every training session can be a true reflection of race day.

HYROX attracts both recreational athletes and professionals. It’s a universal format for those who love challenges and want to test their strength, endurance, and coordination in around 90 minutes of competition.

At CityFit, you can train like a pro – we’re an official HYROX Training Club.

1000m SkiErg

Engages the whole body, with a focus on the upper body and core.

50m Sled Push

Targets the legs and glutes with intense resistance.

50m Sled Pull

Engages the back and biceps with powerful pulling action.

80m Burpee Broad Jumps

A full-body workout – both loved and hated. If you’re just starting your HYROX journey, burpees might be a challenge, but most experienced HYROX athletes would now count them among their favorite exercises.

1000m Row

Workout number 5 is the second ergometer in the entire competition. 1000 meters on the Concept2 RowErg marks the start of the second half of a HYROX race.

200m Farmer’s Carry

Requires strong grip and core stability.

100m Sandbag Lunges

Lunges with a sandbag – your quads will burn.

100 Wall Balls

The final challenge. You’ve come this far – there’s no turning back.
