Q&A
All Members with an active CityFit pass* will be entitled to a free extension of their membership for the period when the clubs are closed. Your membership will be extended automatically, which means that no further action is required from you. The fees will be charged according to the normal schedule. This means that there won’t be any pause in payments now, however your membership extension resulting from clubs being closed will be a period free of charge. Thanks to keeping this fee schedule we will be able to systematically cover the costs of running the clubs. Remember, that even though we are closed, we are still paying rent and employee salaries. We really hope that you understand our situation.  We are doing this to be able to continue training with you after we re-open. So please stay with this option if you can. (*applies also to Trainer’s Passes. It does not apply to B2B contracts with Employers and partner passes)
The membership suspension is an extraordinary measure introduced by us because we have to temporarily close the clubs due to the epidemic.  The suspension is free of charge. Keep in mind, however, that this means we do not receive funds to settle our commitments, which will further complicate our recovery. Therefore, if you can, please stay with an active membership and use the automatic option to extend it after the club re-opens (point 1). The suspension is not an automatic process and must be done via clicking the appropriate button in the Customer Zone (www.klubowicz.cityfit.pl). The suspension becomes active from the start of the next billing period. It applies only when the club is temporarily closed due to the epidemiological risk. After re-opening, the suspension will be automatically cancelled and your payment date will be corrected for the time when the club was unavailable. The suspension applies also to Trainer’s Passes. It does not apply to B2B contracts with Employers and partner passes.
We will charge the standard fee for freezing the membership. If you want to train again, you will have to de-freeze your membership in the Customer Zone after the clubs re-open.
If your fixed term pass expires when the clubs are closed, you have the right to extend your membership by the number of days when you did not have access to the club with an active membership. You will be able to purchase a new membership after the club re-opens.
No, membership sales have been suspended until the clubs re-open.
We do not know. We are following government guidance. We will post updates on the situation on the CityFit Facebook page and in the group of your club.
