Notice regarding the publication of the Merger Plan (Article 500(2) and (2)¹ KSH)

The Management Board of CityFit Management sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000498340, hereby announces, by making this information publicly available, that on 18 November 2025, the Merger Plan for CityFit Management sp. z o.o., CityFit Membership sp. z o.o. and CRM Resources sp. z o.o. was agreed, adopted and signed on 18 November 2025. In view of the above, in accordance with Article 500 §2 and §2¹ the Commercial Companies Code, The Management Board hereby makes the adopted Merger Plan available to the public free of charge via this website, whilst noting that it will remain available at all times until the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting at which a resolution on the merger of the above-mentioned companies is to be adopted.
