Notice regarding the publication of the Merger Plan (Article 500(2) and (2)¹ KSH)

The Management Board of CityFit Membership sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00‑867 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000616392, hereby announces, by making this information publicly available, that on 18 November 2025, the Merger Plan for CityFit Membership sp. z o.o., CityFit Management sp. z o.o. and CRM Resources sp. z o.o. were agreed, adopted and signed. Consequently, in accordance with Article 500 §2 and §2¹ the Commercial Companies Code, The Management Board hereby makes the adopted Merger Plan available to the public free of charge via this website, whilst noting that it will remain available at all times until the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting adopting the resolution on the merger of the companies indicated above.
