Notice regarding the publication of the Merger Plan (Article 500(2) and (2)¹ KSH)

The Management Board of CityFit North sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000613999, hereby announces, by making this information publicly available, that on 15 January 2026, the Merger Plan for the companies CityFit North sp. z o.o., CityFit Fitness sp. z o.o., CityFit sp. z o.o., CityFit Poland sp. z o.o., CityFit 24 hours sp. z o.o. and CityFit Gym sp. z o.o. was agreed, adopted and signed. Accordingly, in accordance with Article 500 §2 and §2¹ the Commercial Companies Code, The Management Board hereby makes the adopted Merger Plan available to the public free of charge via this website, whilst noting that it will remain available at all times until the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting adopting the resolution on the merger of the companies indicated above.
