Notice regarding the publication of the Merger Plan (Article 500(2) and (2)¹ KSH)

The Management Board of CRM Resources sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000466824, hereby announces, by making this information available to the public, that on 18 November 2025, the Merger Plan for the companies CRM Resources sp. z o.o., CityFit Membership sp. z o.o. and CityFit Management sp. z o.o. was agreed, adopted and signed on 18 November 2025. In view of the above, in accordance with Article 500 §2 and §2¹ the Commercial Companies Code, The Management Board hereby makes the adopted Merger Plan available to the public free of charge via this website, whilst noting that it will remain available at all times until the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting adopting the resolution on the merger of the companies indicated above.
