About the club

CityFit Chorzów AKS is a city club with atmosphere located on the border of the picturesque Silesian Park. The unique atmosphere, apart from the location itself, is created by exceptional customers and a team of employees. Neat and new premium equipment (Technogym, Matrix), available at a low price, will make it possible for even beginners to enter a higher level of training. For those who like group activities, there is a fitness room equipped with BOSE sound system, where elective classes are held; you can choose from a wide range of activities, including mental, dance and strengthening. We have an extensive zone of free weights and resistance machines, and martial arts enthusiasts will find something for themselves in the form of a specially prepared FIGHT zone. We give beginners a helping hand in the form of free Introfit classes, where our Gym Assistants show the club and instruct about the functionality of the club and machines. We invite both beginners and those who know what they expect from the club. Everyone will find something for themselves!

You do not need to be an experienced dancer to go home after the class inspired and thirsty! If you have a body, you can dance! This routine has been created for Salsation® Fitness by Tony Stone, who has trained with some of the top dances and worked with artists such as Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and many more. He has worked on hundreds of shows around the world and used that experience to create a program that is very effective and full of fun and joy.

Thanks to regular exercises, your waist will be slimmer, your buttocks firmer and legs more slender, but you will also build your muscles and reduce your body fat in those parts of the body. Intensive exercise of one body part, short breaks and well selected load for a given body part are a key to achieving your goal!
