Once you complete a 50-minute stretching session, you will feel incredible relief and relaxation :) Classes open to all.
Strong by Zumba are classes for all – the instructor will show how each exercise progresses so that every participant is able to scale it to their ability. An additional bonus is music synchronised with the workout, which will motivate you to reach and exceed your limits.
You will typically burn a lot of calories, improve your endurance, speed and posture, which is what all participants desire!
The warm-up is followed by a comprehensive set of exercises to model the muscles of the upper limbs, chest and back.
Classes for everyone at all levels.
Classes using POWER BANDS long resistance rubbers with varying degrees of resistance. Strengthening, general development training, requiring work on body awareness and muscular sensation of specific parts. Exercises performed alone or in pairs. A great excuse to involve loved ones in physical activity. Classes for women and men of various levels.
