This is not dance, but high-intensity workout! It combines HIIT, BOOT CAMP and KICK BOXING routines. All you need is your body weight. It has been designed to involve all muscle groups.
Strong by Zumba are classes for all – the instructor will show how each exercise progresses so that every participant is able to scale it to their ability. An additional bonus is music synchronised with the workout, which will motivate you to reach and exceed your limits.

During the workout we activate also thigh muscles but you do not need to be afraid of their circumference growth as the exercises and loads were selected properly. Thanks to regular exercises, your waist will be slimmer, your buttocks firmer and legs more slender, but you will also build your muscles and reduce your body fat in those parts of the body. Intensive exercise of one body part, short breaks and well selected load for a given body part are a key to achieving your goal!
