The network of CityFit clubs won in the “Innovation” category in the 2016 Fitness Products Awards competition. The prize was awarded by the editors of the branzafitness.com portal and jury composed of experts, handed during the FIWE 2018 trade show.
– We appreciated the spectacular development and strong expansion on the Polish network market, which is distinguished by innovative solutions, focusing primarily on the quality and general availability of the services offered. – the jury’s verdict was justified by one of its members, Jakub Mauricz.
CityFit Clubs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Club members have at their disposal premium equipment and many facilities, such as original introductory training for beginners, modern devices for measuring training progress, days of free consultation with a personal trainer and dietitian, or relaxation areas where you can heat up and eat a meal after training.
The network has also developed a whole range of solutions that allow full accessibility of clubs 24h/7: modern access control system (with finger map scan input), online membership management (purchase of a pass, freeze/unfreeze, enrollment for group classes, etc.), innovative systems ensuring safety in the club even when it is operating in unattended mode (e.g. at night or during holidays). In addition, there is a friendly membership policy – low pass prices, no long-term contracts or a guarantee of price stability throughout the whole time of attending club.
– Our entire business model is based on solutions that are designed to eliminate all barriers that make it difficult for an overworked resident of the city to get to the training. We are constantly looking for new ways to make fitness service as accessible as possible for everyone, and difficulties such as lack of time, lack of ideas for training, lack of motivation or reluctance to commitments, were not the reason for giving up physical activity. We introduce many of these solutions as the first in Poland, which is why I am even more happy that the jury appreciated our efforts. – says Łukasz Gądek, COO CityFit.
The network currently has 16 locations in 13 Polish cities and plans further openings. New clubs will appear, among others in CH Atrium Reduta, CH Sadyba Best Mall and Wola Plaza office building in Warsaw, CH Lublin Plaza and CH Toruń Plaza.
