Starting from 2 December 2019 MultiSport card holders will be able to access the chain of CityFit clubs, which is the biggest 24/7 club operator in Poland.

  • It is a well-informed decision – both in terms of business, but above all in terms of operation. We had been asked for a long time why we did not accept MultiSport cards. Our goal was to respond to that demand. However, we needed to wait until we had sufficient space and equipment to ensure comfortable workout conditions both to our club members and the Benefit Systems users. Currently in 15 cities we have 23 clubs with the total area of over 43,000 square meters and a total of over 69,000 pieces of equipment available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our clubs are by 30% larger than an average size of a club in Poland and equipped with 25% more machines. In addition our sanitary infrastructure is impressive: on average in each club there are over 500 lockers and 14 showers. Also, we have implemented appropriate technology solutions to support and communicate with new club users on regular basis. We are at the point of growth when we can certainly say: we are ready”, says  Łukasz Gądek, Member of the Management Board of CityFit.

MultiSport card holders may join CityFit clubs from 2 December, after registering online. Their identity will be verified by CityFit Gym Assistants who are available from Monday to Friday between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm, and at the weekends between 8.00 am and 8 pm. The users will be able to pass through entrance portals on the basis of QR codes generated by means of the CityFit application.

Detailed information for MultiSport users is included at www.cityfit.pl/multisport.

CityFit clubs are located in shopping centres and office buildings in large and medium-sized cities. The chain cares about every detail of the interior design and implements innovative solutions. The process of membership purchase and management (e.g. booking a fitness class) takes place online. The modern training space in each club is divided into thematic zones (including cardio, free weights, resistance machines, warm-up cool-down, functional workout, fitness room, cross-training and relaxation zone where you can heat a meal and charge your phone). The space is fitted with first-class equipment for workout (TechnoGym, Matrix, Escape Fitness) and professional sound system (Bose). Such facilities as fountains with free filtered water or vending machines with beverages and healthy snacks are available for the club members. All that in order make your workout pleasurable. You can start working out when you are 16 years of age, individually under the guidance of a personal trainer or join group fitness classes. The brand is also developing a range of additional services, offering charity carnets or a modern system of booking and purchasing personal training at www.trainers.cityfit.pl.
